About Creative Force

Welcome to Creative Force

Those who have served our country and their families experience struggles that some of us will never understand. Recovery from physical or psychological injury takes time and there is no “one size fits all” approach. Some may benefit from a physical programme, such as sports recovery. Others may find creativity eases the daily struggle of living with pain, depression, anxiety, or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

This summer, Help for Heroes are proud to showcase how creativity can benefit mental and physical wellbeing through our Creative Force campaign. The Creative Force exhibition runs in London from 7-19 of August, alongside regional events at our Recovery Centres, as well as here, online.

Each will feature a variety of works by Veterans, Service Personnel, and their families, who have all benefitted from the role creativity has played in expressing unexplored emotions and helping ongoing recovery.

Wherever you choose to visit, you’ll discover how Creative Force has enabled our beneficiaries to tell their heartfelt stories and showcase their truly inspirational artwork. We hope that you will find it as moving as we have.

Life changing projects like Creative Force rely on public generosity. By donating today, you are enabling more wounded Veterans and their families to recover from physical and psychological injuries.
